This two-day gathering in Fresno is meant to nurture collaboration and encourage knowledge & resource sharing for all those involved in the community land trust ecosystem in California.

Open Call for Workshop Proposals

We want to hear from you! If you’ve got an idea for a workshop that you think would benefit the community land trust ecosystem, please submit a proposal. Our aim is to co-create an agenda of workshops, panels, and roundtable discussions put forth by and for our members, allies, and partners, with a focus on Community Land Trusts. Please read the guidelines and suggested topics before submitting your proposal. 

 The Network’s Conference Planning Committee and Curriculum Committee reviews and selects all workshop proposals. 

Open for submissions: March 28, 2025
Submission Deadline: Friday, May 5, 2025 
Notification of acceptance: Monday, June 6, 2025

The California Community Land Trust Network’s annual conference is a great opportunity for your organization to support the growth of permanently affordable community- controlled land and housing in California.

This landmark convening draws more than 300 attendees annually, and serves as a key relational and strategic touchpoint for participants from various community land trusts across California and other states.
